Check-in & Check-out

Check-In time is between 3:00 – 8:00 pm. Due to staffing, please notify us in advance if you anticipate a late arrival so we can make accommodations.

Check-Out is by 10:30 am. If a later check out is needed, please see our upgrade options located on our Specials Page.

Reservations

Holidays and special event days will be charged at the weekend rate, and require a minimum two night stay. Holiday weekends may include but are not limited to New Year’s Eve/Day, Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July/Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day/Weekend, Christmas Eve/Day, and Longmire Days.

Room rates are monitored daily and are subject to change. Room rate will not change once room has been booked.

We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, U.S. Currency and US Goldbacks. Rates and policies are based on double occupancy and are subject to change at any time.

**Our reservation system automatically requires your credit card when booking online, therefore WE MUST BE ADVISED of booking via phone OF VOUCHER OR CERTIFICATE USE PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR STAY.

Refunds & Cancellations

Credit card is required to hold your reservation. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of your stay.

No charge for cancellations 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival.

All refunded cancellations are subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 14 - 7 days of your scheduled arrival, are subject to $35.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 6 days of scheduled arrival are subject to first night stay rate and will be charged to card on file. We allow you to reschedule your stay within one year of the original reservation date. Must make arrangement for rescheduled stay at time of cancellation.

Cancellations Note

It is our primary desire and goal to have our guests join us as scheduled, however cancellations greatly affect a small Inn like ours. Each room we offer is unique and when we guarantee an accommodation your room will not be booked to another party. We remove that room from our available inventory and lose the opportunity to sell it to others. That is why it is important for the guarantee to be honored both ways.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for the unexpected life event.
